A terrible scene in Bosnia shows a puppy trapped in a river, and how the dog got in that situation is even more horrifying. A man riding a bike in the area heard the little puppy's cries coming from the river. When he approached, he saw the dog had a cable tied from a rock to the puppy's neck. The man freed the pup and gave it to a dog society where the puppy found a forever home.
