A cell phone video captured a confrontation between a man, Ervin Laws, and a sheriff's deputy in the Isle of Wight County, Va. The deputy struggled to get Laws under arrest. That's when Laws was tased and fell to the ground, apparently unconscious. Bystanders were upset calling this "excessive force," but it appears the sheriff's office believes the action was justified. A recent street fight in Philadelphia proved that size does matter when fists are flying. A large man on a cell phone got into a heated argument with a much smaller guy on a neighborhood sidewalk. After the conversation turned physical, the smaller fighter went inside one of the homes and grabbed a baseball bat. This is one of the scariest, worst and most horrendous crashes we've ever seen, and sadly it was a fatal one. Simon Andrews suffered grave injuries following the crash at the North West 200 motorbike race in Ireland and died at the hospital.
