A video of a young Syrian refugee being brutally bullied by a schoolmate in the UK has caused outrage on the internet. The video shows 15-year-old Jamal being grabbed by the neck, dragged to the ground and waterboarded by an older student as other children gather around to watch. You can see that Jamal's arm is already injured from a previous bullying incident.
