One person was killed and 22 were hurt after a car struck them in Time Square. An 18-year-old woman was the victim who was pronounced dead at the scene in New York City. The woman was with her 13-year-old sister who was injured in the crash. NYPD officials reported that they have a suspect in custody. Officials said there was no indication of terrorism in this incident.
