Another day, another crazy viral challenge that people are trying to conquer, and everybody is getting in on this one. This time it's the "My Movement Challenge," and the rules are quite simple. All you have to do is set an empty water bottle up as high as you can kick, then kick it off, channeling your inner Jean-Claude Van Damme. That's it! Seems simple, but it looks impressive.
