CCTV footage from Russia captured the moment a person tied their dog to the door of a veterinary clinic then walked away. Apparently, the owner left a note claiming the dog was "inadequate" and "should be put down" — which is heartbreaking for obvious reasons.
Thankfully, the kind humans at the clinic took in the sweet pup, named Gray, and have been giving him plenty of love since.
